About Lynn

An Instructor, writer, researcher and blogger, Lynn Peterson is a Health and Nutrition advocate who says, “I’m just the Messenger”. She holds a B.A. in English/Communications, awarded the M.S. & D.Sc. degrees in Education. She is a Certified Post-secondary instructor and Certified Health Coach.
