My Keto Journey started in September of 2018. I was severely overweight, sluggish, fatigued and generally unhappy with my appearance. After two years of Lynn’s pushing me to, at least try. I did and I was ready to add it to the ‘things that didn’t work for me’ list. To my surprise, though it was not easy, I have lost 45 pounds in three months dress size down from 20-22 to 14-16! Again, It’s not Easy but Doable if you are committed. I’m glad I did, thanks.

We thought what we were buying from the store and eating was okay. I would have never thought that anything that I was able to buy from the supermarket would be harmful. I thought the government would protect us. We have learned so much about food, additives, preservatives and so much more. Who knew it was that much sugar in soda? After Lynn showed me, using artificial sweetener packets, how to measure a gram.  I was blown away to realize how many grams of sugar is in a bottle of soda. Wow, amazing. The average person probably doesn’t think about looking at the label. It changed how I look at sodas and everything else now.
